What to expect at the Latin Mass
The Latin Mass is the same Holy Mass, the same sacrifice, the same Lord, offered in a traditional form with its own rhythm and silence. It can feel unfamiliar at first, but it is not meant to be a test. You may hear Latin, you may notice more quiet moments, and you may find it easier simply to pray rather than to be busy.
A few gentle helps:
- Wear what is modest and comfortable.
- Arrive a little early if you can.
- If you have a missal, bring it, but it is fine not to.
