Formations: Making a Difference Together

Formation is at the heart of growing in our Catholic faith. Through prayer, learning, and community, we offer opportunities for people of all ages to deepen their understanding of Christ and His Church. Whether you're new to the faith or seeking to grow further, our parish formation programs are here to walk with you on the journey.

Building and Renovation Campaigns

These campaigns help us maintain and improve our parish facilities, making sure our spaces remain welcoming and safe for everyone.

Fundraising and Stewardship Campaigns

Whether supporting youth programs, faith education, or parish events, these campaigns ensure our ministries and services remain vibrant and accessible.

Community and Outreach Campaigns

These efforts reach beyond our walls, providing help and hope to those in need, both locally and globally.

Awareness and Special Initiatives

Occasionally, we run campaigns to highlight important social or spiritual issues, inviting the whole community to learn more, pray together, and take action.

The Catholic Faith in Video

Here are some trusted YouTube channels for solid Catholic content—talks on Scripture, prayer, the sacraments, testimonies, and practical discipleship. While these channels aren’t run by our parish, we’ve chosen them because they aim to present the faith clearly and faithfully, and they’re a great way to feel more connected to the wider Catholic family.

Pints With Aquinas

We’re starting with Pints With Aquinas. Hosted by Matt Fradd, it features lively, down-to-earth conversations with priests, scholars, and everyday Catholics about living the faith—often through the lens of St Thomas Aquinas. It’s accessible, faithful, and genuinely enjoyable to watch. A great first step is the John Bergsma interview embedded below; from there you can explore episodes on Scripture, prayer, moral questions, and more.

Catholic Central

Catholic Central delivers fast-paced, funny, and faithful explainers on the core of the Catholic faith—think short videos on the Bible, the sacraments, Mary and the saints, prayer, morality, and Catholic social teaching. Each episode is crafted for teens and young adults, using sharp visuals and humor to make big ideas clear without dumbing anything down. It’s perfect for youth groups, classrooms, RCIA companions, or families who want to learn together. Many videos come with free discussion guides and activities, so you can keep the conversation going after you watch.

Bishop Barron & Word on Fire

Bishop Robert Barron and the Word on Fire YouTube channel offer clear, thoughtful Catholic teaching that’s both intellectually rich and easy to follow. You’ll find weekly homilies, reflections on Scripture, engaging commentary on culture and current questions, and beautifully produced pieces on the saints and the Catholic intellectual tradition. It’s a great place for both seekers and lifelong Catholics to deepen their understanding of the faith and see how the Gospel speaks to everyday life.

The Thomistic Institute

The Thomistic Institute (run by the Dominican friars) offers thoughtful talks and series that bring St. Thomas Aquinas into conversation with today’s questions. On their YouTube channel you’ll find the popular Aquinas 101 videos along with lectures from campus chapters and conferences on topics like God, virtue, happiness, moral theology, and faith-and-science. The content is intellectually serious yet accessible, faithful to the Church, and ideal for older teens, university students, and adults who want to go deeper into the Catholic intellectual tradition.

Sycamore

Sycamore is a welcoming, conversation-based video series (created by Fr Stephen Wang) that helps people explore the Christian faith and the heart of Catholicism. Each short film opens up big questions—Who is Jesus? How do I pray? Why the Church?—and is paired with simple discussion prompts so small groups can talk, listen, and grow together at their own pace. It’s ideal for seekers, returning Catholics, RCIA/OCIA, and parish renewal groups, with leader guides and participant materials that make it easy to run in a parish hall, home, or online.
